This course raises awareness about Equality and Diversity, and aims to promote good practice and to ensure that people are following current policies and legislation. We would like to protect people from discrimination and embrace difference. We are committed to discussing the nine main minorities including; age, ethnicity, religion, Disability, bullying & harassment, gender identity, equal pay, sexual discrimination and sexual orientation. The course includes presentations, workshops and activities to keep the sessions interesting and to make the learning experience valuable.
